These Terms govern access to Noxino Casino, including its casino and sportsbook services. By registering, visiting the platform or using its services, players agree to the Terms and any incorporated rules or policies. 1. Eligibility and Account Opening

Players remain responsible for ensuring that gambling is legal where they are located.
2. Keeping Your Account Safe
Players are responsible for keeping their username and password confidential and securing any device used to access the account.
If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, contact support immediately. Noxino does not accept responsibility for losses caused by misuse of login details or unauthorised access resulting from a failure to keep account credentials secure.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Verification
The current minimum deposit is €20, while the minimum withdrawal is €25. Payment options vary by account, location and provider, and third-party payment methods must not be used.
Deposited funds should be wagered at least once to avoid withdrawal commissions. Noxino states that it does not charge for deposits and withdrawals wherever possible, although method-specific, currency-conversion or third-party fees can apply.
Default withdrawal limits are:

- €10,000 per week
- €20,000 per month
Withdrawals remain subject to cleared payments, verification, AML checks and any investigation affecting the account.
KYC and Identity Checks
Noxino can carry out identification, credit, fraud and other verification checks both during registration and later while an account remains active.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
Bonuses have their own eligibility, wagering, expiry and game restrictions in addition to the general Terms.

5. How the One-Account Rule Is Enforced
Only one Noxino account may be used per player. Account restrictions can also apply across identifying details such as household address, email address, telephone number, IP address, payment method, linked e-wallet, mobile device or computer.
If Noxino determines that multiple accounts have been used in breach of the Terms, it may restrict, suspend or permanently close the affected accounts, withhold associated winnings and apply an administration charge.

6. Gameplay Rules
Before using the online games, players are responsible for understanding the applicable Game Rules, including betting limits and maximum payouts.

7. Intellectual Property
Noxino owns, licenses or is authorised to use the intellectual property associated with its services, including software, designs, trademarks, graphics, logos, databases and website content.

10. Governing Law and Disputes
Complaints should first be raised with customer support. Noxino aims to resolve complaints within 90 days, with unresolved cases capable of being escalated to its compliance department. A player who believes licensing conditions have been materially breached may then contact the relevant licensing authority.
The current Terms do not name a specific governing-law jurisdiction in clause 24.9. Instead, they state that the Terms are governed by the “laws of the company” and that the “courts of the company” have exclusive jurisdiction. 11. Amendments to These Terms
Noxino may change the Terms for commercial, legal, regulatory or customer-service reasons. Updated Terms are published on the platform and become binding when published.
